I have been a therapist for the past 6 years in the downtown eastside of Vancouver and have worked in the mental health field for 11 years. My areas of focus include anxiety, addiction, depression, substance use, anger, self esteem, life transitions, work & career transitions, and trauma. I utilize EMDR, Brainspotting, ACT, CBT & EFT.
My counselling style is all about being yourself. It's a judgment-free zone where you can freely explore who you are, embrace your quirks, and grow authentically. Honesty is key, even when you need to have tough conversations with yourself, I help create a compassionate sounding board. Life's a puzzle, and curiosity is your best tool.
