A mountain, to one person, may be a landmark for navigation; to another, a source of wealth; and to an artist, a canvas of textures. Each perspective alters the nature of the mountain based on the attention or relationship given to it. There is no single mountain apart from these interpretations; no one perspective reveals the "true" mountain. In the same way, the nature of our attention shapes what we discover. For me, the therapeutic journey is relational—the approach we take and the quality of our attention influence the insights we gain and the changes we create.
I have completed professional training in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy, CBT, CPT, IFS, Motivational Interviewing, Focusing, De-armouring, Breathwork, and the Polyvagal Theory. Whether you're navigating life’s challenges or seeking clarity during times of transition, I will partner with you to support you in finding your way back to yourself.
You are not alone on this journey. I understand how difficult it can be to take the first step toward change. Therapy can be a place where you can safely express difficult emotions and allow yourself the opportunity to imagine living a life that's in alignment with what truly matters to you. If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out.
