Are you are looking to gain insight about your recurring problems in relationship, wondering how to resolve conflict and co-empower rather than compete with loved ones? Do you feel stuck within recurring patterns leading back to to unresolved anger, discouragement, or worry? For over thirty years I have been helping individuals who have emotional or relationship blocks that may lead to relationship break-up, depression, anxiety, chronic anger, or addiction. In addition to individual sessions, I also support assist couples and families, validating each family members' need and helping facilitate communication without blame.
I practice an insight- and empowerment-based approach helping clients, (i) identify self-defeating behaviors, (ii) improve our empathy, compassion, and sense of gratitude, (iii) reconsider long-held critical or discouraged beliefs, and (iv) explore how to improve relationships with language that better reflects our needs.
COVID has brought about many changes, including a demand video-counselling. My clients discovered that they appreciate the convenience and simplicity it offers, without losing the need for connection. Consequently, this has become my primary method of delivering service. I offer appointments 10 am — 5 pm Pacific / 1 pm — 8 pm Eastern, Tuesdays and Fridays.
