Hello there! I'm glad you made it to my profile. Here is some information about how I work: I help people who are feeling stuck in some area of their lives. There are many different ways that we can get stuck. Maybe it is a behaviour that you are having a hard time changing. Maybe it is an emotional state that you can't seem to get rid of. Or maybe you are having relationship difficulties that won't go away even though you've tried everything. What I do is help people get un-stuck. I work with anyone who feels ready for a change, to help you find movement and freedom again in your life.
My goal is for you to have less frustration, less anxiety, and less depression. Together we can make space for more joy, greater closeness with others, and developing a deep sense of meaning and purpose in your life. Working with ADHD is a particular passion of mine. I have ADHD myself and love supporting others who struggle with this.
I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy. I am currently offering online therapy sessions for $150 plus HST. If you'd like to get started or have any questions, send me me an email and we can arrange a time for a consult call or an intake session.

ADHD Group Therapy for Adults
Wherever you are on your ADHD journey, you are welcome here! Thriving with ADHD goes beyond simply learning tips and techniques for managing symptoms. This is a group therapy program for adults with ADHD who want to connect with other ADHD'ers in a therapeutic setting. The goal is to increase self-compassion, self-acceptance, and adopt effective strategies for managing ADHD symptoms. Sessions will include exploration of ADHD-related topics and sharing of personal experiences.
