For the last 10 years, I have been a front line worker supporting individuals struggling with Mental Health and Addictions (concurrent disorders, family & addiction, mental health: bipolar, anxiety, depression, self-esteem), grief & loss, stress . I enjoy utilizing humor as part of my practice, along side a variety of modalities suited to each clients unique individual needs. I strive for a non judgmental, empathetic approach to therapy, with a large portion of my knowledge coming from not only education, but personal lived experiences.
