I work collaboratively with you to build an individualized treatment plan whereby I strive to provide empathetic, client-centred, and non-judgmental support. I combine integrative practices into counselling, pulling from Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing techniques and strategies.
