Throughout my career I have worked with children, adolescents and adults that are looking to make changes in their thoughts and feelings.
My goal is to help clients who are looking to make positive changes to their thoughts, feelings and behaviours using hands on tools. These tools will help build coping skills and increase emotional resources for the client. I use a collaborative approach to therapy in which I employ empathetic listening and help guide you to empower yourself.
