I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and am a registered Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) through the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, relationship issues, stress, or any other mental health challenges, my goals as a therapist remain the same. First, I will learn about these challenges from your perspective. Second, I will try to understand how you have historically attempted to solve these issues on your own (or with help). And third, we will work together to form new and more effective strategies.
These strategies will vary and will depend on the person. My preferred treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based interventions.
