I am committed to keeping our relationship safe and respectful by being open, supportive and honest with you. I look forward to meeting you.
My approach is down to earth, client-centred, and strength-based. I am trained in body-centred, mindful and cognitive approaches to deal with personal, family and relationship issues. My practice is also informed by recent discoveries in brain science. Working together with curiosity and increased self-awareness we clarify goals and take steps towards change
