Stable Roots is a specialized counselling practice offering trauma-informed equine & animal assisted therapy, office-based therapy and play therapy. We believe that healing happens within the context of safe, relational experiences and in connection with the natural world, honouring the wisdom of the body in safely guiding this process. We offer an individualized, integrative approach to meet the varying needs of those whom we support.
