Hi there! I am dedicated to growth and have a passion for supporting individuals looking to get well and explore their strengths while respecting who you are. I believe that your journey is unique and I approach my work with utmost respect for your independence and personal experiences. The environment we will share during sessions is warm, empathetic and non-judgemental with room for humour. I will make the effort to meet you where you are at and allow you to set the pace for your time with gentle guidance and collaboration to discover solutions. You've taken a brave step and I will walk along side you toward wellness.
I am able to offer in-person, online or telephone sessions to individuals. My role is to guide persons experiencing depression, anxiety, substance abuse, family dynamics, ageing, grief/bereavement, co-dependency, anger issues and more. I am client-centered meeting you where you are at. Flex availability. Please reach out via email as July/Aug hours vary.
Background in substance abuse, mental health, dementia. My priority is creating a safe space with a welcoming attitude.
