My name is Sara and I started Soul Psychology to provide support to those who need a little or a lot. It can be hard to reach out. You may just need someone to talk to or you may be looking for answers. Whatever is weighing you down in life, we can sift through it and help guide you toward what you are hoping for in life. I also have a mental health therapist working with me on my team. At a reduce rate, you can work with Megan Shmyr. She has a passion for helping those who are struggling with Eating Disorders or other life stressors.
I like to say I am a Psychologist who was taught by Social Workers. I have been in the mental health field for more than 18 years working with an array of issues; addictions, anxiety/depression, weight management, and family and parent support. I am trained in ART & EMDR and utilize an integrative therapeutic approach to help you move toward your goals.
We all need a person. Often it is helpful to have someone who can be objective and hear your thoughts, beliefs, and concerns. Whether it's just helping you to process everyday life challenges or the more complex lifelong issues that have been plaguing you.
