I am dedicated to the emotional well-being of adults and adolescents and aim at empowering my clients to overcome life's challenges by helping them identify their strengths and resources, and develop new skills and techniques to add to their toolboxes so that they can lead engaged and fulfilling lives. By drawing on a number of therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT) and guided by best evidences, I personalize and tailor my approach to the needs of each client. Operating through a compassionate curiosity, I strive to provide a space of empathy and non-judgment in which her clients feel comfortable sharing their emotions.
I have experience providing support with a broad range of issues, including anxiety, traumatic stress, excessive worry and fears, workplace issues and stress, relationship difficulties, adjusting to life transitions, depression, loss and bereavement, chronic pain, as well as self-esteem and assertiveness.
