Are you facing relationship issues or feeling uncomfortable about sexuality? I'll hold a safe space to help you explore issues, heal from past hurts, move out of old patterns, and develop healthy, happy relationships. We will work together to help you toward the life you want.

As a registered therapist and relationship and intimacy coach, I draw from deep, yet eclectic training to tailor my support for you and your journey. I work with individuals and couples as well as specialize in LGBTQ+ and non-traditional lifestyles.

I use my intuitive insights for a deeper understanding of what is driving life’s situations. Some of the tools I use are guided visualization, inner child work, role-play, art for revealing the subconscious, and reiki.
