I specialize in anxiety-related concerns, including OCD, panic, hoarding, and phobias, as well as mood concerns and emotion regulation. Personal experiences have led me to supporting individuals and couples through fertility challenges, including secondary infertility, as well as pregnancy, and postpartum mental health. I offer support for parents and children, individuals with confirmed or suspected ADHD or Autism and those navigating late diagnosis. Additionally, I support chronic health concerns, body image, and disordered eating, using a Health At Every Size (HAES) approach.
I use cognitive-behavioural and mindfulness-based approaches including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT). I have specialized training for working with couples using Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method.
