When we're already going through difficult and painful experiences in our lives and we’re feeling emotionally fragile, asking for help can feel scary. My background and education include a Social Service Worker Diploma from Fanshawe College, a Bachelor of Arts Specialization in Psychology Degree from the University of Western Ontario, and I'm currently completing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology Degree at Yorkville University. I've also completed training in several trauma informed modalities.
