A tri-phase model of counselling, clients are able to articulate their best hopes and dreams for their lives and leave with concrete next steps to reach those goals.
Solution Focused Brief Therapy moves away from problem-talk, toward solution building. Instead of focusing our time and energy on analyzing what is wrong or problematic, this specific type of therapy helps clients see what is needed and wanted, building on client successes, strengths, resources, and goals. SF focuses on activating possibility and hope.
