We strive to create a welcoming & inclusive space for healing. We work from a trauma-informed & cultural understanding perspective taking into account the diversity of humans and our experiences. We all experience pains in our lifetime, & for some of us the pain started in childhood. It takes strength and courage to reach out for support. We enter therapy hoping for deeper insight and healing by telling our story. We prepare to be vulnerable in a safe space to heal our wounds. At Solidarity Therapy we are registered clinical counsellors specializing in trauma-informed interventions. Check out our team below!
Our senior counsellors have 8+ years of experience in mental health. At Solidarity we provide evidence & research-based interventions when clients communicate who they are, & what they want in life. We compassionately sit with clients as they grieve their past. We encourage clients to reconnect with themselves and others.
We know it takes courage and consistency to create change; clients redefine ourselves through the healing journey. We support clients in healing their nervous systems & to draw from their strengths. We believe that mental wellness is tied to belonging. We find meaning in contributing to our communities, & we advocate for a society where we all are included.
