Sogol is a registered psychotherapist with extensive experience in working with adult individuals/couples who have experienced anxiety, depression, childhood trauma and personality difficulties. She applies Mindfulness techniques, Gestalt, and body-oriented modalities when needed. She is pursuing certification in self-in-relationship psychotherapy (SIRP), founded by Dr. Augustine Meier, and supervises from this modality.
Sogol is a clinician and educator with a passion for giving back to the community for over 14 years. In addition to teaching at the university she gives mental health talks to the community.
