I enjoy meeting my clients where they are at and developing a client directed approach with them. I primarily work with adults on issues such as healthy relationships, anxiety/stress management, and addictions intervention.
I follow a Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) framework to help address my clients situation. I tend towards a solution focused approach that integrates and builds upon the strengths the client already has.
