I primarily work with adults and teens who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, and issues relating to gender and sexuality. Creating an affirming and secure space for all is of the upmost importance to me. Everyone deserves to be seen and heard as their authentic selves, for this is where I believe the bulk of healing happens. In addition to being a Canadian Certified Counsellor, I am currently working towards attaining my Registered Provisional Psychologist status.
While my specialties include sexual trauma and addiction, I am also trained in EMDR and Neurofeedback. Although I use a variety of different approaches depending on my client's unique needs, I tend to practice from an attachment-based and humanistic approach. I view mental health as existing on a spectrum- not within a checkbox.
