I use various techniques that fit with the person and topic, some examples include: grounding visualizations, meditations, and arts based activities. I use anti-oppressive, harm reduction, and trauma informed frameworks.
I completed my Masters of Social Work (MSW) and have over six years of clinical counselling experience. My previous counselling roles have been in the field of rape crisis, intimate partner violence, mental health and substance use for people living in poverty and homelessness.
