I am a Registered Psychologist and have been supporting children, teens and adults in a few positions over 15 years. With this experience, I have grown a love of supporting clients that have experienced perinatal grief and mood disorders and parenting struggles/transitions, in addition to other concerns such as grief, relationship issues, and depression, anxiety and stress. My clients can expect empathy with a dose of practicality, humour and honesty. My passion is attachment-focused parenting. I understand that parenting is the most important/difficult job out there, it is my honour to help.

When we are sitting together, I believe that we are experts working collaboratively together: you are an expert in your life, coming with many strengths, skills & wisdom; whereas I am coming with my own skills & wisdom. Lets create a new solution together.
