Therapy can help with a wide range of issues, it can also be a space to just feel safe and heard. My goal is to stand alongside you as you navigate your current challenges, while helping you feel supported and empowered on your journey through life. If you are feeling lost, stuck, hopeless or unmotivated, therapy can help you to find your way again. When you're ready to take your first step, I am right here to support you.

I started my professional career as a medical doctor, and quickly transitioned into mental health because I see the value in building personal connections with clients.
