I’m a queer, trans, nonbinary person with ADHD and autism myself. Navigating a judgmental culture can lead to problems like depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, or career challenges. I support people with these and other issues so they can not only cope in life but thrive as they step into their authentic selves.
I believe in asking rather than assuming. Your experiences and emotions are valid, despite what others may have told you. During therapy you might choose to process emotions or learn new skills to cope in everyday life. No matter what you’re going through, I’m here to support you as you are.
