I take a holistic approach to psychotherapy while also blending warmth and sense of humour into our work together. While I don't focus on a specific specialty, I am very passionate about working with individuals affected by addiction, ADHD, ASD, Bipolar Disorder, trauma, and anger. Additionally, I enjoy helping couples navigate life transitions, separation, and challenges related to anxiety, depression, communication, and emotional regulation.
I understand that each person and/or relationship is unique unto itself, and I create a space of empathy for my clients to explore thoughts, feelings, and worries. I bring a warmth, honest and gentle nature to support and guide my clients towards their path of healing, growth, and self-discovery.
