She has a sound understanding and experience in working with individuals of varying ages and integrates several theoretical and evidence-based methodologies to support individuals achieve their goals. Shivani is an EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist.
Shivani has trained in Auricular Acupuncture and incorporates auricular therapy in helping individuals facing acute stress, trauma, anger, anxiety, depression, fatigue and other emotional and physical pain. Shivani is a certified Yoga Teacher and incorporates gentle Hatha based mindful yoga including Pranayama (breath work) & gentle poses to support healing.
