I can be that extra set of hands to pick you up when you are down by listening to you without judging, guiding you to get back to the rhythm of life, and cheering you from side lines, using some time tested techniques that have helped many to overcome trauma, depression, anxiety, anger issues, addictions and grief, to name a few. I am professionally trained in evidence based practices like Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Multi-Systemic Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT. Eclectic in approach, I use these approaches based on the individual needs of my clients. I am also a vocational rehabilitation counsellor helping in job search, interviews.
I am a possibility thinker. Everybody has some strength that is yet to be discovered. That strength can help in tiding through all troubles but a person is not aware of that strength residing within. My job is to make a person grounded through meditation, self talk, positive thinking and self awareness to find the self-confidence to get up and walk again.
