Mental health is just as important as physical health, and finding the right therapist can be especially helpful. Children, adolescents, and their families have the difficult task of managing development, emerging emotions, and life transitions. There are also factors that did not exist years ago, such as social media, and the continued effects of the COVID-19 pandemic across age groups and populations. I am dedicated to supporting others in coping during these challenging times.
My priority as a therapist is to provide a safe, caring space for people to understand themselves and their lives, where we can work together to make them feel better. Everyone is different, so I tailor my sessions to each person’s individual circumstances and needs, providing empathetic, respectful, and culturally sensitive support.

My background in child development, special education, and counselling gives me a unique and informed perspective on navigating difficult transitions, neurodivergence, and mental health concerns.
