I believe you are the expert at being you and I am here to sit with you and to help you heal, find your tribe, discover your strengths, and develop healthy coping skills. You are not too much - too loud, too sensitive, too messed up, too anything!
My approach is holistic and eclectic and can include CBT, DBT, attachment theory, acceptance therapy, art therapy, gratefulness, mindfulness, and healing generational cycles. Therapy is based on what your goals are and what resonates for you.

Groups
Level One Narcissist Recovery Group
This is a 6 week online group for anyone aged 18 and over who is currently or was in the past, in a relationship with a narcissist. In our 6 weeks together, we will talk about what NDP is and common terminology. We will talk about how this relationship affects our whole being and ways to heal and grow. We will discuss tools to deal with ongoing relationships with narcissists. Registration to secure your seat is $50 and this group will be limited to 6 people. The winter session starts on Monday January 15, 2024.
