I specialize in working with children ages 3+, adolescents and adults with a variety of mental health and substance use issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, unhealthy relationships, addiction and self-esteem issues.
My approach is eclectic and rooted in first understanding your strengths and needs. My passion is working with trauma and I use evidenced-based approaches including EMDR, DBT and CBT. In my work with children I utilize Synergetic Play Therapy (SPT) as well as TraumaPlay to process traumatic events and increase emotional regulation skills.
