I am person-centred in my approach. My passion is to help individuals overcome their anxiety and depression. I help couples, individuals, and families understand and enjoy each other. I also assist people dealing with grief and loss achieve wellness, healing and inner peace.

I come to counselling with a heart of compassion. I am inclusive in my worldview, and appreciative of different cultures and values. I love to see individuals, couples and families get through their difficulties to find their best possible life.
