Dr. Wilson has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. He is collaborative, supportive, and non-judgmental when working with clients, and uses evidence-based therapy. Dr. Wilson conducts cognitive-behavioural therapy, including mindfulness and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy techniques as appropriate. He has worked with clients from a variety of cultural backgrounds and is LGBTQ+ affirming.
Dr. Wilson has helped clients who have experienced many different challenges, including: mood and anxiety problems, behavioural problems, trauma and/or stress, parenting difficulties, sleep problems, relationship difficulties, chronic pain, job burnout, and more.
