After your initial assessment we will develop a plan together that will help you better respond to the stressors of everyday life.
During the initial appointment, my objective is to make you feel comfortable telling your story. The end goals of these first sessions is that you will leave with a better understanding of yourself and an initial sense of pride and accomplishment having made a first step on a therapeutic journey.
