I am a holistic mental health therapist with a deep commitment to supporting individuals through trauma, grief, and workplace burnout. With over 10 years of experience and a lifetime of lived experience of trauma and healing I bring a blended model into my practice. I combine traditional Indigenous healing practices with contemporary therapeutic approaches to provide holistic and culturally responsive care. I work from where you're at in your healing journey and listen to your needs. Of course everyone is welcome no matter your background, I believe we are all connected no matter our beliefs.
My areas of practice include Trauma Therapy; Vicarious Trauma/Burnout; Intergenerational Trauma; Childhood Trauma; Healing through the Medicine Wheel; Somatic Work. I have completed a master's in clinical social work specializing in individuals, groups, and families. I have also completed advanced training in trauma, grief, and managing emotions.
When not working I enjoy connecting with nature, practicing traditional ways, and spending time with family and community.
