Welcome to Therapy Heals! I work through a person-centered, eclectic approach where I help you to better understand your feelings and emotions and get you on the right track to self-awareness, healing and a more positive outlook on life. As the client, you are the driver and I am in the passenger seat, cheering you on throughout your journey, as well as giving you the coping mechanisms, support and guidance to help you achieve your goals and be the best version of yourself.
I have experience in helping individuals who struggle with self-esteem, body confidence, burnout, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, direction in life and interpersonal difficulties. I also work with couples to help them explore their feelings, improve communication and rebuild trust.
