With over 20 years of experience in community health, my approach to therapy is eclectic and relies heavily on relationship. I use a range of therapy models, which allows me to tailor our sessions to meet your needs.

Over the years, I have developed advanced knowledge in the areas of reproductive health, loss and grief, crisis and conflict, relationships, pregnancy and post partum depression, decision making, workplace stress, parenting, anger management, emotional regulation, solution focused therapy, divorce, anxiety and change.
