I work with both teens and adults experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, trauma (including childhood trauma and racial trauma), posttraumatic stress disorder, attention deficit disorder (ADHD), addictions, compulsive behaviours and more. My therapy practice draws from my own experience as a client, the education and training I have attained and my vast work experience. All of this allows me to help my clients better understand the adversities they face, lessen depression and anxiety, process difficult memories, and develop a more loving relationship with themselves.
I practice from an anti-oppressive and anti-racist lens with the understanding that individuals intersecting identities affect their experience both personally and systemically. My therapeutic approach includes mindfulness, yoga, trauma-informed practice and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing).
