I'm glad you are here. I'm Sharon, a compassionate counsellor dedicated to helping individuals like you overcome challenges and find greater clarity and peace. My approach is grounded in empathy and respect, creating a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. I am trained in supporting individuals who are experiencing obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, generational trauma, and other challenges.
In our sessions, we will work together to uncover the root causes of your challenges and develop a path forward for positive change. My approach is informed by family systems and attachment theory. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy which can reduce emotional pain and lead to a greater sense of empowerment.
I believe that therapy is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves.
