I specialize in supporting adults, children, couples and families struggling with mood and anxiety disorders. These include Depression and Low Mood, Adjustment Disorder, and Anxiety Disorders such as Social Anxiety, General Anxiety, Panic, Post Traumatic Stress, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Agoraphobia, Separation Anxiety and Specific Phobias. If a client is feeling “stuck” in their life and wanting some help in figuring out how to improve their quality of life, we can collaborate together to make a plan.
I have a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of British Columbia. I am trained in evidence-based therapies, primarily cognitive behaviourial therapy for mood and anxiety disorders. I support clients with mindfulness-based cognitive therapies that help us all cope with the ups and downs of daily life and am Gottman trained Level 1/2.
