Hi! In my practice, I support people who want to enhance their well-being and live their life more intentionally. My area of focus is health and wellness counselling, and I help clients who are experiencing stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, insomnia, or who have goals related to personal exploration and personal growth. One of my areas of specialization that I'm particularly passionate about is providing support to individuals living with chronic illness or chronic pain.
Prevention, maintenance, and emotional support are all equally important parts of managing our mental health. You don't need to be experiencing a crisis to start counselling! I'm here to provide individualized, client-centered support, whether it be through psychotherapy, more goal-directed counselling, and/or supportive counselling.
It's important you feel I am someone you can connect with, relate to, and feel safe with. My website outlines my style, approach, values, and services. If you think I may be a good fit for you, I'd love for us to chat to see how I may be able to support you. I am available to provide virtual services to anyone in Ontario, and in-person in Renfrew County.
