This may create high stress levels, anxiety, sadness, loneliness, and hopelessness, and as a result they may feel lost, misunderstood, or caught in a never-ending cycle and are seeking a different outcome.
My approach is to offer clients a listening ear, build understanding, and provide an alternative perspective regarding their personal, family, or other identified issues using a therapeutic modality and work collaboratively to outline goals that assist to create the change clients desire in their lives.
