My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and I provide a safe environment. I have trained in various modalities, such as CBT, DBT, ACT, IPT, Mindfulness, Trauma, and Addictions. As a first-generation Indian Muslim, I have had meaningful experiences working with South Asian populations navigating their mental health concerns and family dynamics.
