I follow a holistic approach - a combination of CBT, narrative therapy, and solution-focused. My therapy is person-centered, strengths-based, and solution focused. I have more than 15 years' experience helping adults and seniors.
I help couple and individual. I used holistic approach in my treatment plan, I help persons with diverse cultural background including mainstream Canadian. Language I speak English. Comfortable with Bengali (mother tongue), Urdu and Hindi languages.
I provide a safe, comfortable and non-judgmental space to improve a person's quality of life. I am an active listener. I believe, the problem is yours and you know how to solve your problem/s towards a better life. My role is here as a helper to guide you, reach toward your goal.
