New Clients Welcome! I work with individuals, couples and families who are struggling with their emotions (guilt/shame, anger, depression, PTSD & anxiety). When we identify the deeper wounds, we can move towards healing. I help clients to become emotionally resilient using therapy to grow, emerge stronger and more peaceful. My approach includes trauma-informed CBT, DBT, EFT, somatic and mindfulness-based therapies.
