Are you feeling stuck or lost in life? Maybe you are seeking support around how to manage big feelings, difficult memories, or anxious thoughts that are impacting your mood, getting in the way of the things you want to do in life, and straining your relationships (or leaving you feeling isolated). Perhaps you know that something needs to change but you don't know where to start. The good news is that you don't need to know, together we can get you there. I have over 10 years of experience supporting individuals through healing their past wounds, rediscovering their power, and building a meaningful and joyful life.
Change happens when we pair self-understanding and self-compassion with effective strategies. In therapy, we can explore your inner world to help you make sense of your experiences, thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. I will provide you with strategies that you can confidently use to regulate your emotions and change your thoughts and behaviour.
When you've struggled for long, it can be difficult to imagine things getting better. If you allow yourself to trust the process, you may be pleasantly surprised by the life that you are able to create for yourself. If you'd like to learn more about therapy and how I might be able to help, please schedule a 15-minute consultation so that we can chat.
