As a seasoned trauma therapist, I have more than 10 years of post-graduate clinical practice experience and nearly 25 years of total experience supporting people with mental health issues and disabilities. Whether it relates to complex suffering since childhood, a distressing event in the past or a difficult problem in the present, my interventions support clients in developing a plan for positive change, tailored to their unique needs and goals.
Using a secure, virtual platform, I provide supportive therapy sessions, targeting issues such as depression and anxiety, as well as trauma-focused interventions for mental health conditions related to PTSD.
