Hi I'm Scott. During my lengthy career as a Cognitive Behaviour Therapist I have continually cultivated my expertise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and complementary modalities. Through my Masters Degree in CBT and additional professional training I have developed specialized skills to help you address the difficulties that you experience in life because of anxiety, depression, anger management issues, fear, low self esteem, and more. We all need some help getting started sometimes, and I want collaborate with you to help you reach your goals and live your life to its fullest.
I have specific expertise in working with generalized anxiety, social anxiety, health anxiety, obsessions and compulsions, panic disorders, trauma, specific phobias/fears, and other issues. I will work with you to understand the problems you experience and develop a realistic and management plan to address the issues and help you thrive.
I believe that change is possible, and in my experience, CBT provides an excellent way to help you move forward. I keep up to date on the most effective methods and work on what you see as most important in a way that leaves you in control. By learning these skills, you will see the benefits of what you’ve learned long after therapy ends.
