I work with queer and neurodivergent clients to answer those questions, explore identity, and cultivate relationships that work for you (whether it's a monogamous one or not)!
My approach is affirming your story and collaborative, giving you the chance to provide feedback and ask for what feels beneficial to your healing. I am comfortable navigating gender and sexuality, sex &intimacy, relationships, neurodivergence and disabilities (including chronic pain and illness). I also include hobbies and geek culture when appropriate.
I believe that you feeling safe, secure and comfortable with your counsellor is the key to successful therapy. Body Liberation Support Group May 9th Start
Come join a small group of us as we unpack the harmful messages and stigma that exist, especially moving into warmer months. We will take time to look at origins of beauty standards, tackle myths and misconceptions around nourishment and health, and begin to move towards body neutrality and increased confidence! The group will be closed and costs $260 ($28/session).

Neurodivergent Support and Body Double Group
This is a group is drop in and will run monthly. The group focus is on different accommodations, skills, self-advocacy tools and more. The group will run for 90 minutes and will be a mix of psychoeducation, discussion and body doubling. Each session will have a theme, check in round and topic discussion, before ending with time to body double. Times listed are pacific time.
