My approach has a strong foundation in CBT and skills based DBT. As I am a trained EMDR Therapist, I'm strongly influenced by trauma and attachment theory while utilizing Interpersonal Psychotherapy, which helps clients to strengthen the quality of relationships and communication with the people in their lives.
